File Overtime (Inc. Casual Overtime)
Restricted
Overtime refers to any time that is worked outside the usual rosters or rostered hours. For full time employees this is outside of their usual 38 hours per week whilst for part time employees, this is for any hours over their contract. For example, if a part time employee works 25 hours per week, then overtime would apply for any hours after 25 hours worked. Since 1 January 2018, this applies to all casual employees who work over 38 hours per week or more than 38 hours per week over the roster cycle or more than 10.5 hours in a single shift.
